Delivery method will depend upon the product. Smaller, lighter products such as small quantities of tile, flooring, and veneer will generally ship by UPS or FedEx. Larger quantities will be shipped on pallets by common carrier.
Heavier items such as mailboxes, fire pits, etc. will be strapped to a pallet and shipped common carrier.
If the delivery destination is around the Knoxville area, we can arrange delivery, or the item can be picked up at our Showroom.
