ANTIQUE BRICK VENEER

We have a large supply of antique bricks salvaged from Magnet Mills which was demolished in Clinton, Tennessee (pop. ~10,000). It began operations in 1906 as a hosiery mill and by 1930 employed over 1000 people. It ceased operations in 1967. There are now plans for a new Chamber of Commerce building with an architectural style reminiscent of the mill.

There are about 11 varieties of bricks which we are slicing into thin veneer about 1/3" thick for interior pieces and 1/2" thick for the exterior ones. They are approx. 8-1/2" long and 2-5/8" wide. The dimensions will vary a little because of the different varieties of brick. They generally have very unusual interior color and texture, undoubtedly due to the way bricks were manufactured about 130 years ago or so.

Here is a chance to get something unique you won't find in the big box stores. And, if you like the texture but need a different color, we can possibly either stain or paint them to suit your needs.
